Quantem Supports Peterborough Council Regeneration Plans

Quantem are delighted to have supported Peterborough City Council with cost consultancy services in its latest plans to develop it’s city centre.

Peterborough is one of the fastest growing cities in the UK, with a Council committed to delivering positive growth and regeneration. Quantem worked closely with Tibbalds and AspinallVerdi – Property Regeneration Consultants in the residential-led regeneration study to assess the commercial viability of 15 sites in the Peterborough City Centre which presents the opportunity to provide over 4,000 new homes.
