Alex is a highly organised Project Surveyor with over 6 years’ experience in the construction industry with both on and off-site involvement. He has worked across a number of sectors within the construction industry, contributing towards his ability to recognise value and deliver projects within budget.

Pre-Contract responsibilities include, assessing design and providing cost plans and advice throughout all design stages of the project. Procurement management of projects, including pre-qualification, tender and contractor appointment.

Post-Contract responsibilities including overall cost management and project team relations to ensure collaborative working environments.
