Tom is a Partner in the Birmingham office, specialising in Quantity Surveying services and has been working in Birmingham and the West Midlands for over 15 years.

Tom is an enthusiastic and flexible member of the team. He is focused on providing a thorough service to Clients, adding value to projects and ensuring deadlines are met in an efficient manner. Tom predominantly focuses on the Industrial, Commercial and Advance Manufacturing sectors, however he also has international experience delivering Aviation projects within the Far East.

In addition to the work Tom undertakes at Quantem he has maintained an active role within the RICS. Tom is an APC assessor and sits on the RICS West Midlands Regional Board. Recently, Tom was awarded ‘Alumni of the Year’ by Birmingham City University. This is a testament to the hard work Tom puts back into the local market.
