Steve, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, is a Senior Associate here at Quantem and has been in the Industry for over 35 years, starting his early career as a trainee QS for a Main Contractor, he then transferred to work for a number of Cost Consultancy Practices.  Steve has a wealth of experience across a broad range of Sectors, including Commercial, Residential, Education, Industrial, Retail and Leisure. Relevant project experience includes a wide mixture of both new build and refurbishment, for both private and public sector clients, mainly in London and the South East, but over his career has worked on varied projects around the UK and also selected projects in the Middle East.

In addition to the full range of traditional Quantity Surveying services,  Steve has experience in providing Project Monitoring and Employer’s Agent roles.

Steve’s wide experience and technical approach from both construction and contractual perspectives, gives him greater control in resolving questions and issues within a project. Steve’s key responsibilities include working collaboratively with Clients and leading teams internally, whilst maintaining a hands-on approach, to deliver successful projects.
