Rav is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience in cost management across a variety of large and small scale projects. He has extensive experience in both new build and refurbishment works. And whilst he has worked largely in the commercial, residential, hotel, senior living, and student accommodation sectors, his breadth of experience provides him with the ability to adapt to different environments. His dynamic character allows him to excel in all situations; which results in him always providing comprehensive and accurate advice.

He is results driven, self-motivated and has meticulous attention to detail. He has a proven track record of minimising and effectively managing all costs of a project, whilst still achieving the required standards and quality. Rav possesses excellent foresight and the ability to plan ahead when working on projects of any scale, this contributes to his ability to facilitate and control the financial position of projects and helps to uphold contractual relationships.

Rav truly believes that teamwork is the key to any success, and his ability to simultaneously perform as an individual and together, with his colleagues and clients, is key to attaining growth and accomplishment. This is also why he enjoys aiding others in upskilling and gaining their chartership’s and is particularly involved in evolving Quantem’s apprenticeship training programme, to help expand and strengthen the business.
