Matt is a Quantity Surveyor who has recently joined Quantem, having previously worked for a Main Contractor on a PRS scheme in Birmingham, and more recently for a specialist in Bills of Quantities production.

Matt’s experience has given him vital skills involved in tender analysis, measurement and the build phase of a project, allowing him to gain sound technical knowledge of what is required for the construction of a wide range of projects. Having worked for a Main Contractor, Matt has looked after the procurement of Sub-Contract works packages from tender period through to management of Sub-Contractor accounts during construction phase, including valuations.
