Lee is joined Quantem in 2017 at Senior Surveyor level and has since developed into a reliable partner in our London office. Lee has a range of pre and post contract experience across a variety of sectors. His experience is mainly within the residential, assisted living, infrastructure and commercial sectors.

Lee has specialist knowledge in land/groundwater remediation and gasholder/building demolition often on heavily constrained sites in close proximity to railways. He has a detailed working knowledge of the NEC3 and JCT forms of contract. He is responsible for the day to day running of all aspects of projects through to completion.
