Kieran is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 6 years of experience ranging across several sectors. He has developed a broad range of knowledge, having previously worked predominantly within the health, life sciences, education sector (HSE). Since joining Quantem, he has now developed and continues to develop his experiences within other sectors of work (including commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors).  Kieran has found that the range of these experiences has given him an accomplished view of construction technology, procurement strategies, and contract types. He always aims to deliver on the client’s objectives, whether this be time, cost, or quality, ensuring focused control of cost throughout regardless of the objective.
