Keely is a Chartered Senior Project Manager based in Birmingham, with experience delivering projects across corporate real estate, residential, and manufacturing sectors. She has led major capital programmes and Cat B fit-outs ranging from £1 – £30m from early feasibility through to completion, consistently ensuring programme certainty, quality outcomes, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Keely has also facilitated estates portfolio management through restack and utilisation review, applying consolidation methodologies to optimise space and operational efficiency. On large-scale programmes, she has previously led end-user change and engagement strategies for (1000+ staff) to embedd behavioural change and ensuring successful end-user adoption
