Jonathan joined the quantum team in June 2024 as a Graduate Surveyor. Graduating from the University of Cape Town with a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and completing a Post Graduate Diploma in Development Finance, Jonathan is a well-equipped team member of the Quantum Team.  Jonathan has so far worked on a variety of projects within the commercial and residential sectors and is playing an active role in developing cost reports and feasibilities for ongoing and future projects.

Having recently started the RICS APC programme he hopes to become a RICS chartered surveyor in the next two years. Jonathan has a strong work ethic and positive attitude towards his work, team and colleagues and looks forward to his growth into his role and the industry.
