Jack joined Quantem in September 2022 as a Trainee Surveyor while pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Construction Management at Cambridge Regional College. Since then, he has developed a strong understanding of the construction industry by combining academic learning with practical, hands-on experience. In August 2025, he progressed to the role of Assistant Surveyor.

Jack has worked on a range of commercial refurbishment projects valued up to £25 million, gaining valuable experience in project delivery and cost management.

He is currently undertaking a part-time apprenticeship degree in Quantity Surveying at the University of the Built Environment, further enhancing his technical knowledge and professional development.

Jack is motivated by challenges and is committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with both colleagues and clients.
