Since joining Quantem in July 2023 as part of an annual work placement for his BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying degree, Isaac has assisted on a variety of new build and refurbishment projects across multiple sectors of construction, contributing to both pre-contract and post-contract tasks, including measurements and take-offs, periodic valuations, cost estimates and reports throughout different design stages, and preparing tender documents on multiple projects.

The broad range of projects Isaac has worked on will enhance his skill set and progress his development in attaining the required experiences of a chartered professional in the years to come.
