With over seven years of experience in the construction industry, beginning in 2017, Hector is a Senior Project Surveyor with expertise across residential, industrial, and commercial fit-out sectors. Proficient in cost management, contract administration, and risk assessment, Hector excels in delivering projects on time and within budget.

In addition to traditional quantity surveying duties, Hector has also acted as an Employer’s Agent and Client Representative, effectively managing client-contractor relationships through a strong understanding of the Contract Administration process. Their strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of construction processes ensure accurate cost forecasts and successful project delivery.
