Fraser is head of Quantem Scotland. He has a wealth of experience in real estate, with a proven track record of overseeing the design, procurement and construction delivery of complex development projects across the United Kingdom. 

In various roles throughout his career, he has managed all phases of the property cycle, including feasibility, design, financing, costing, construction, and the sale of commercial, hospitality, and residential property.

Fraser’s defining strength is his personable character, enabling him to motivate teams and communicate effectively. Fraser is chartered with the RICS and accredited by the NEC.
