Dylan graduated from Birmingham City University in 2025, achieving a First Class BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Construction Management after completing his degree on a part-time basis over five years.

With nearly six years of industry experience, Dylan has worked as both a Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent, delivering pre- and post-contract services across a diverse range of projects. He has developed particular expertise in the social housing and assisted living sectors.
Dylan is recognised for his inquisitive approach and commitment to continuous learning, enabling him to adapt to challenges, solve problems effectively, and make a valuable contribution to every project he is involved in.

Currently working towards his APC, Dylan is committed to further developing his professional knowledge and experience. He is also passionate about supporting colleagues at all levels, helping to foster collaboration and maintain consistently high standards of quality across project teams.
