David is a Chartered Surveyor who joined Quantem in 2018 and was promoted to Partner in 2019. While his primary focus is Residential, he has a wealth of experience across a range of sectors undertaking both pre and post Contract roles.

David’s Client focused approach allows him to obtain full understanding of project deliverables to ensure successful project delivery while his knowledge and expertise help inform strategic decision making while understanding and mitigating the risks involved in the development and construction process.

His key strengths are his ability to facilitate decision making through his in-depth understanding and analysis of costs, his appetite to positively influence design to achieve the Clients commercial aspirations and his pro-active approach to working within a dynamic team environment.
