Cormac is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He joined the business as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor in 2022, following the completion of his undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Economics at Technological University Dublin, where he obtained a First Class Honours. 

Since joining Quantem, Cormac has progressed to the role of Project Quantity Surveyor and has gained experience across a range of different of projects, including façade remediation schemes, commercial-to-residential conversions, CAT A and CAT B fit-outs, and complex cut-and-carve developments in various sectors. He also has experience in preparing Life Cycle Cost Estimates.

Alongside project responsibilities, Cormac coordinates CPD sessions for the business.
