Chris has over 6 years of experience in the construction industry including working with an M&E Contracting Firm. This knowledge has been vital in helping to deliver many successful projects with Quantem, particularly in the Industrial sector.

Chris has developed skills such as preparing estimates, negotiating with various contractors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers. Chris uses a proactive approach in communicating with both client and contractor to ensure the aims of the project are achieved.

Chris recently passed his APC and is now a chartered surveyor.
