He also has a particular passion for heritage projects, combining commercial rigour with a clear understanding of the care, creativity and specialist expertise they demand.

His detailed knowledge of construction, market conditions and procurement enables him to provide clear strategic advice, establish robust budgets and identify opportunities to add value from the outset. 

Chris has an exceptional track record across both pre- and post-contract services, including cost planning, procurement, commercial negotiation and financial management. His hands-on approach ensures that risks are anticipated, opportunities are maximised and clients are given the clarity and confidence needed to make informed decisions.
