Chris is the Partner who leads the Building Surveying team from the Birmingham office. 

Chris joined Quantem in 2016 and has over 16 years’ experience working in the industry across a variety of sectors. He has extensive experience in the delivery of Technical Due Diligence / Pre-Acquisition surveys, together with providing contract administration / Employer’s Agent services, the management and delivery of large scale condition and PPM surveys, Dilapidations and Party Wall. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile ensures client satisfaction.
