A highly experienced M&E Cost Consultant with 25 years’ experience in the building services industry. Barry started his career as an apprentice at the renowned Matthew Hall engineering academy. Following this, he then joined Davis Langdon and graduated from their engineering services team, where he had the opportunity to work on some of the biggest, most complex, schemes London has to offer.

Barry is comfortable operating at all stages of the cost management process from feasibility through to final account agreement, with a close understanding of the central London MEP market. He enjoys the early design debates to be had with the design teams and contractors with an attention for delivering detailed, qualified and best valued MEP works packages.
