Alex is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with a broad range of experience delivering façade, fit-out, refurbishment and new-build projects from early design through to completion.

Since joining Quantem in August 2022, Alex has worked across the education, public and private sectors, developing a strong understanding of the differing commercial challenges, priorities and requirements that shape each project.

Working across both pre- and post-contract stages, Alex combines his commercial and technical knowledge to provide clear and considered cost advice throughout the project lifecycle. His experience spans cost planning, procurement and tendering, valuations, cost reporting, change management and final accounts, with a focus on maintaining cost certainty and delivering value for clients.
