Adrian joined the Quantem Engineering Services Team in May 2025 and brings with him over forty years’ experience as a specialist MEP Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager. 

Adrian has an excellent range of project experience, both pre- and post-contract, in all market sectors being particularly proud of his involvement on The Olympic Athletes Village and Battersea Power Station Phase 2. He has spent thirteen years of his career working for a large main contractor which he believes was invaluable and gave him an alternative insight to the industry. 

His area of expertise and knowledge associated with building services has best been used when providing sound cost advice at the early stages of design where close working relationships with Clients and Consultants alike have been paramount to his success.
