An experienced M&E Cost Consultant with 10 years’ experience in the building services industry. Adam started his career as a site-based apprentice mechanical technician for the Prime group. He then took on an office-based role as a junior mechanical estimator and rose to become the company’s lead commercial manager and overseeing all projects.

Adam is comfortable operating at all stages of the cost management process, from feasibility through to final account agreement, with a close understanding of the central London MEP market and thorough knowledge of subcontractor operations. Adam is comfortable advising throughout all stages of design and enjoys the challenge of balancing innovative design with cost-effective solutions.
