Impressive Progress on Site at the FT Building!

Quantem’s Ruben Fourie and Will Maxwell were on site at the FT Building observing the impressive progress with the façade close to completion and CAT B fit-out coming on well!
 
We’re delighted to be providing cost consultancy services to this seven storey cut and carve refurbishment that will provide an additional storey and just shy of 290,000 sq. ft. of office space with ground floor retail, a winter garden and a café – as well as earning a BREEAM outstanding accreditation.
