Quantem Attends South Central Topping Out Ceremony

We are delighted to announce another milestone for South Central – Essex Street, Birmingham, as we recently attended the Topping Out ceremony.

This event marked a good opportunity for the team to reflect on the progress made to date and take in how the project marks another step forward for Birmingham’s Skyline.

We are proud of the team’s work in turning this former disused three-storey building site into a new build 30-storey tower providing 166 homes and 3,700 sq. ft. of A1/A3 commercial space in a prime location in Birmingham City Centre.
