Thayer Street and Marylebone Lane Sees Topping Out Ceremony

A great milestone achievement by Knight Harwood for topping out on Thayer St and Marylebone Lane for The Howard de Walden Estate.

As shown in the video below, the façade has been retained along Marylebone Lane and the existing building has been demolished with the basement excavated.

The scheme then introduced a new six storey building, with dual facades on Thayer Street and Marylebone Lane respectively, that will host 17,250 sq. ft. of commercial office and 8,500 sq. ft. of retail space.

The scheme is due for completion later this year and looks to achieve BREEAM Excellent and Fitwel accreditations by that time.
