Fantastic news as The Essington – a 47 storey residential tower – has been submitted by Glancy Nicholls Architects to Birmingham City Council for full planning approval!

Quantem has supported Regal Property Group from the feasibility stage through the provision of Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent and Project Management services to this exciting scheme that will yield 526 apartments.
