The Bailey Scoops Workplace Project Award at Architects Journal 2022

Quantem are delighted to share that one of our Commercial Office projects, The Bailey, London, won the Workplace Project (£10m and Over) award at the Architects’ Journal Awards 2022.

Quantem provided Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent services to this fantastic project that included a cut and carve heavy refurbishment of the existing Grade II listed eight storey office building, as well as infilling the existing atrium, the introduction of two additional office floors including roof terraces and a new central core and façade replacement. All of which contributed to a BREEAM Excellent rating.
