Quantem Appointed to Team Set to Rejuvenate Coventry’s Sherbourne House

We’re excited to be part of the team that are reinvigorating Coventry’s Sherbourne House into ‘Bourn’ – a six storey, 90,330 sq. ft. building that will welcome Grade A office space.

The project will place wellbeing, smart technology, and sustainability at its core in order to produce a space that provides its users with a best-in-class experience, as well as the community around it.

Quantem are delivering Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent services to the project.
