Completion on Site at 2 Kensington Square

We have wrapped up works at 2 Kensington Square!

The end result being the ‘Loveday & Co Kensington’ – a beautiful assisted living space with 40 ensuite rooms in the heart of West London.

The project was unique as it comprised of a change of use from an office to a specialist dementia care facility, including a restaurant, activity rooms, a library and a salon – all of which contributed to a BREEAM Very Good rating!

Quantem provided Cost Consultant, Employer’s Agent, Principal Designer and Project Management services to the project.
