18-21 Holborn Viaduct Receives Planning Approval

We’re delighted to have received the brilliant news that 18-21 Holborn Viaduct, London, has been granted City of London Corporation Planning Approval!

The project will welcome one of the most sustainable commercial office buildings in London’s Square Mile with large terraces, a blue roof, urban greening, hybrid air source heat pumps and natural ventilation – all while targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and Wired Score Gold!
