MacIntosh House Achieves Practical Completion

MacIntosh House for King Edward VII Hospital, achieved practical completion at the beginning of November.

The project, which Quantem provided Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent services to, involved the demolition of the existing (15,500 sq ft) building and was replaced by a refreshing, 28,500 sq ft, seven storey building that possesses a Zero Tolerance Sheet Piling substructure and is finished to CAT B standard with specialist imaging spaces and associated labs.
