Tom joined Quantem in May of 2024 and is enrolled in an MSc Quantity Surveying Apprenticeship commencing in September.

As a new member of the MEP team, Tom is a hardworking, committed individual who is eager to learn more about the construction industry. With his enrolment he is hoping to gain valuable knowledge in the world of surveying and, in collaboration with day-to-day expertise gleaned from his colleagues, feels he will develop quickly in an MEP focused role.

During his time with Quantem he has been involved in pre and post contract tasks and through developing proficiency in measuring, MEP cost planning, and contractual duties he hopes to receive more responsibilities as he gains the skills required to do so. He enjoys the prospect of becoming a client facing cost consultant and is highly driven.
