Tom is an Associate working in the Birmingham Building Surveying Team. Tom joined Quantem in 2015 as a Graduate, becoming a Chartered Member of the RICS in 2017 and has thorough experience working with various developers and end users throughout the UK across a variety of sectors.

Tom is a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a broad skill base, having experience in Project Management, Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent services, together with Core Building Surveying services including Technical Due Diligence/Pre-Acquisition surveys, Planned Preventative Maintenance/Condition surveys and Quality Monitoring.
