Paul Mansell

Paul has a range of pre and post contract experience across a variety of sectors. He has a wide experience over the following sectors residential, commercial offices, business parks, hotel and leisure, public sector including MOD, infrastructure and education sectors.

Significant knowledge and experience of cost planning, procurement and cost management over a wide range of type and scale of construction projects. His knowledge and expertise help inform strategic decision making while understanding the risks involved in the development and construction process. Paul is client focused and understands the requirements in order to ensure project objectives are met and costs are well managed. Worked on many complex and demanding projects from inception to completion which allows a holistic and experienced based approach to cost management.
