David is a Chartered Surveyor who joined Quantem in 2016 and is an Associate in the Birmingham office. David specialises in Quantity Surveying services and has worked in the West Midlands for 15 plus years. He has worked on a wide range of projects within the industrial, retail/ hotel and commercial office sectors. He enjoys working on complex projects and using his commercial experience to de-risk project for his Clients.

David has worked closely with a variety of Clients and Developers during his career, helping them to achieve their project goals. His key strengths are in the analysis of cost, facilitating commercial negotiations and achieving value for his Clients.

In addition, David is active in supporting Quantem’s APC candidates, having undertaken the APC supervisor role for a number of our successful candidates.
