Dani has nearly two decades of experience in the Construction and Property industry; she is a Chartered Construction Manager (a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building) and has a BSc (Hons) degree in Construction Management.
Dani is a Senior Project Manager (Consultant) and has a blended mix of technical knowledge and on-site project experience; she has both pre and post-contract experience, with extensive knowledge of Defects Management, Snagging, and End of Defects Liability Period close-out processes.
Dani has represented a variety of Corporate and Developer Clients on a number of High-end Refurb/Cut & Carve Residential projects and New Build/Refurb/Cut & Carve Commercial Office projects acting as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent/Contract Administration. Working on projects ranging in value from £5M-£1.5BN and has experience with JCT D&B and JCT SBC forms of contract.
Dani’s key skills are defects management, management and discharge of contractual obligations, risk management, project planning/programming, stakeholder management, change management, discharge of planning conditions, project governance, site logistics, and supply chain interface/coordination.
Additionally, as well as her time in the UK, Dani has also worked as a Senior Project Manager in New York; working on corporate fit-out projects and PMO services, ranging in size and scale, for a variety of clients across North and South America.
