Chloe is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. Chloe has a breadth of knowledge covering all stages of construction projects; she has worked in a range of sectors, including predominantly, retail, commercial, residential, and healthcare. She has worked on project that feature modular construction including entire building construction as well as modular parts, such as pre-packaged risers and plant rooms. Chloe has a depth of experience with pre- and post- contract new-build, refurbishment and fit-out, using both traditional design and design & build procurement routes, using either a lump sum, or negotiated CSA or GMP to establish costs.
