We offer a programme designed to bridge the gap between formal education and practical professional experience. Quantem has recently qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyors who are now passing on their recent experience of the APC process to our current graduates. We will fully support you in working towards becoming qualified (RICS APC) by providing:
- A minimum of 20 hours CPD each year
- Dedicated mentor and supervisor
- Individual Development Plan
- Internal and external CPD seminars
- Monthly APC workshops
We understand that not all future surveyors want to go straight to a full time university course and prefer to learn while working.
For this reason Quantem provides an opportunity to study part-time Quantity Surveying university degree at the same time as working.
We recognise that working and studying at the same time requires a significant commitment, therefore one study day per week is granted. As well as providing continued support in:
- Assistance with university choices and applications
- Completing a four to five year degree course
- Putting together a graduate training programme
- Individual development plan

Senior Quantity Surveyor
A Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside the Partners, taking on a range of projects. You will be required to manage your own workload and help Graduate and Assistant Quantity Surveyors where needed.
Senior Project Manager
Project management of projects across a variety of sectors and project sizes taking personal responsibility in dealing with clients and striving to succeed their expectations.
As a Graduate at Quantem, your development is crucial to us. You will gain experience working with RICS accredited Quantity Surveyors across a variety of projects, supporting them with an array of Quantity Surveying tasks.
